Dr. Kenneth B. Louie, D.D.S.

Dr. Ken is dedicated to providing quality comprehensive and cosmetic dental care to his patients. He is recognized for his cosmetic dental services and his devoted commitment to his patients.

Dr. Ken was born in Oakland and raised in Fremont where he attended Washington High School. he studied Zoology at the University of California at Berkeley from 1978-1982. Dr. Ken then pursued his dental education at the UCSF School of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and Bachelor of Science in Dentistry in 1986. Dr. Ken has been providing comprehensive dental care to Fremont area residents with an emphasis in cosmetic dentistry since 1986. Dr. Ken enjoys designing beautiful smiles, and has studied with some of the nation's top clinicians and educators in "smile design" techniques. Dr. Ken is committed to continuing education so he remains current with the latest dental research and advancements in aesthetic dentistry.

In Dr. Ken's free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golf, skiing, gardening, mountain biking, and hiking.

Dr. Franklin L. Louie, D.D.S.

Dr. Frank was born and raised in the Bay Area. After serving in the Air Force he pursued a career in dentistry by first attending the University of California at Berkeley then the University of California at San Francisco where he received his doctor of Dental Surgery

Dr. Frank has been caring for his patients in the Fremont area since 1963. Many of his patients have been with him his entire career, and he serves the generations of families that follow. He is continually pursuing dental education to stay abreast of the newest techniques.

Dr. Frank enjoys golf, skiing and traveling.

Staff

Bobbie
Bobbie is the office coordinator and oversees the patients treatment schedule and financial plans. She can set up a financial plan to meet a patient's treatment needs, as well as educate the patient in understanding how to best use their insurance benefits. Bobbie is enthusiastic in her work and loves her patients. She has been working with Dr. Louie for over seventeen years. Her goal is to make the patient's experience comfortable and pleasant.

Bobbie is married and has two boys, one in high school and the other starting college. She enjoys cooking, going to the movies and exercising.

Leslie
Leslie has been with Dr. Louie for almost eighteen years, first as a patient and the last six years as an employee. Leslie loves to take care of our patients. She works to submit the patients insurance claims and ensure that they are giving the patient their maximum benefits. She also works to manage our schedule to customize all treatment times for our patients. Leslie also assists the doctors in direct patient care. She can answer any questions patients have about their care. Leslie is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog and cat. In her free time she enjoys camping, the beach and of course shopping.

Cheryl, Marisa and Neereshma are the dental assistants in charge of patient care. They are committed to providing our patients with an efficient and uneventful appointment. Our dental assistants practice all the latest standards in infection control required by the state and federal government. Marisa is a registered dental assistant and can provide additional patient care as regulated by state law. They are all proud to make the patient's visit a pleasant and stress free experience, and can answer any questions the patient may have concerning their care.

Cheryl
Cheryl has two young sons with who she enjoys spending time with, and has been attending school. She enjoys going to movies, ATV riding and family vacations.

Neereshma
Neereshma attends school and works with us part-time. She enjoys shopping, going to movies and spending time with friends.

The dental hygienists in practice are Sherry, Susan, Manjul, Joanne and Becky. Their goal is to educate the patient about periodontal disease, develop a program with the patient to control and eradicate any periodontal disease, and help the patient maintain periodontal health through a comprehensive maintenance program. They continually take courses to maintain their knowledge of current treatment techniques and theories, thereby providing their patients with the best possible outcome. Whether you need a simple cleaning or an advance deep pocket cleaning, our skilled staff will help you maintain your dental health and smile.

Sherry
Sherry has been practicing in our office since 1986. She is Ken's wife. She and Dr. Ken met while attending UCSF, and have been married since 1988. They have two wonderful boys with whom they enjoy spending time with. In her spare time Sherry enjoys golf, gardening, and helping out at the boys school.

Susan
Susan has been practicing in our office since 1985. Her husband is a children's dentist and they have 3 children and one grandchild. In her spare time Susan enjoys scrap booking, movies and shopping.

Manjula
Manjula is a practicing dentist who enjoys working with patients. She is married and has one young daughter. In her spare time she enjoys reading books, listening to music and traveling.
